Appointment Policy

All services and exams are by appointment only. Please click the "Request An Appointment" button, below, or call the hospital and our friendly receptionists will get you on the schedule with one of our doctors!

Late Policy:

On behalf of our entire team, we would like to thank you for your continued patience, and support. We are currently receiving an influx in appointment requests and are asking for your assistance in making the appointment process as smooth as possible:

  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
  • If you are more than 5 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we will need to reschedule your visit.

By following the above requests, together we can prevent delays in our daily scheduled appointments. We completely understand how very trying these times have been, and want to assure you that we are doing everything we can to accommodate all the patients in our wonderful community.

Surgery Check-In

Surgeries are scheduled by appointment only. Check-in is at 8:00am.

Financial Policy

We currently accept payment in the form of cash, check, and credit.

Emergency Services

Please call the hospital at (719) 275-6318. During business hours, we will see your pet immediately at the clinic. After hours, you will be directed to an on-call veterinarian.
